And many more!

Our printed circuit boards constitute copper layers of the highest quality standards. Moreover, all our printed circuit boards are equipped with a solder mask to ensure the circuit board’s protection.

Our team of experts and professionals conducts the PCB manufacturing process and the PCB fabrication process in a series of stages. These are mentioned below:

Stage 1 of PCB Manufacturing:

In the initial stage, the PCB design is planned and created virtually using computer software. This stage involves tons of debugging and re-routing to ensure the copper layer alignment in the circuit board. Our expert engineers only use exclusive Gerber files for PCB designing. The usage of Gerber files depends on the number of layers that you want to incorporate into your printed circuit board. After ensuring the functionality of the PCB design, the design is then transferred to an exposed copper board.

Stage 2 of PCB Manufacturing:

Once the design is transferred, stage 2 in the PCB manufacturing begins. In this stage, the unwanted copper and the excess copper are removed. A reliable and exemplary copper solvent is also used in the process of removing unwanted copper. Our team never compromises on the quality of the copper solvent.

The board edges are also refined and the circuit board is given a surface finish. As a result, a thin copper foil is left which consists of copper beneath the electronic circuitry. Once the design is printed onto the copper, it undergoes a series of processes including etching, drilling, and plating. We, at East End Assemblies, use only the latest and most advanced technologies for the PCB manufacturing process. We ensure that the inner layer of the board is not harmed during the process and that all the inner layers remain intact. We apply the same caution to the outer layer of the circuit board as well.

Stage 3 of PCB Manufacturing:

In the third stage of PCB Manufacturing, the circuit board undergoes the process of drilling for the component. Our experts take great care in the hole spacing to ensure that your circuit boards can fit the components easily. The hole size of the electrical components is carefully noted as well. After the drilling process is completed, the next stage of PCB manufacturing can commence.

Stage 4 of PCB Manufacturing:

The next stage in the PCB manufacturing process is to apply a solder mask. The solder mask application step is extremely crucial in PCB manufacturing. The solder mask is a green-colored liquid that is applied to both sides of the circuit board. This stage is very important as it protects the exposed copper from oxidation. The solder mask also makes it easier to solder the components onto the circuit board. After the solder mask is applied, the circuit board is then cured through outer layer imaging which is conducted by using ultraviolet light. We have engineers skilled in this domain to carry out the outer layer imaging process.

Stage 5 of PCB Manufacturing:

The final stage in the PCB manufacturing process is to plate the circuit board with copper. This process gives your circuit board extra strength and durability. It also makes sure that your circuit board does not break easily. Our team of experts also recommends tin plating to further protect the outer layer of the circuit board from corrosion and oxidation. Our team of professionals also provides the printed circuit board with an additional layer of insulating material, such as epoxy resin. This epoxy resin layer provides extra protection to the circuit board.

After the plating process is completed, our experts then carry out a series of electrical testing. These tests are conducted to ensure the functionality of the copper foil, solder mask, and all the inner layers, as well as the outer layers, of the printed circuit board. These tests also confirm the reactivity of the printed circuit board to electrical signals. We also provide our clients with a final report that contains all the results of the electrical testing. Our team of engineers is always available to answer any queries that you may have regarding the PCB manufacturing process.
